At the Monday morning Junior Block meeting I observed an increase in the number of students who are wearing the correct school uniform, with over 90% of the Year 1 and 2 students in correct uniform.

This is fantastic to see and shows a great pride in how our students represent themselves at (and also outside) our school. A big thanks to all the parent support in helping their children with appropriate school clothing.

Parents I ask you to please be aware of the following:

  • Hooded jumpers are not part of the school uniform (even if they are the school colours);
  • Long sleeve skivvy shirts (under school shirt), are not recommended, instead the student should have a school jumper. A school jumper allows a student to regulate their body temperate (take jumper off and on) when going from cold (outside) to warm (inside) environments. If a child is going to wear a skivvy, please try to match the school colours.

The uniform shop has a huge assortment of both brand new and second-hand (both good quality and older) jumpers. The second-hand jumpers are all washed and sorted by sizes. Their prices are very cheap compared to a new jumper. So if your child needs a jumper I suggest you visit the Uniform Shop on Thursday 8:30am to 9:15am and have a look.
