Dont forget the Kindy and Pre-Primary Obtacle-A-Thon

Students in Rooms 4.1 & 4.2 have been busy using art and words to share their experience of life with the Commissioner for Children and Young People in the Now We Are 10 Project.

Do you have a favourite teacher or support staff member? Now is your chance to shine a spotlight on our incredible teachers and school staff members and tell the world what makes them shine. As part of the WA Education Awards, The People’s Pick is an opportunity for parents, students and our community to get involved and recognise the dedicated and talented staff in our school.

Open Night Tonight. We look forward to your participation in this Thursday’s Open Night from 4:30pm to 6:30pm.

The Spectacular Shoe Show

Every class in the school has engaged in a shoe themed art task this year and the stunning results will be on display in the Art Room for Open Night only. Paper shoes, reflective shoes, renovated shoe boxes, restyled shoe packaging, ornamented, bedecked, festooned and definitely over the top footwear will provide all who stride in with an eye feast second to none!
Be sure to make time to visit the Spectacular Shoe Show when you come to Open Night next Thursday 14th September.

A reminder to everyone that this week is Book Week and the theme is “Escape to Everywhere”.

A successful Ceramics Incursion in the Art Room has seen the creation of 111 Creatures of Flinders Park!

Another busy term is rapidly coming to a close. When I write the last newsletter for the term I am continually amazed at how quickly the term has gone. Term 2 closes at 3:10pm on Friday 1 July. Thank you to our hard working staff who have continued to provide a stimulating, challenging and engaging learning experience for students. I look forward to our learning journey continuing next term and wish all students a safe, happy and enjoyable break over the holidays.
